Privacy Policy

Scope
This policy describes the Buzz Campaign Pack plugin code in this repository. Figma's platform, storage, accounts, collaboration and purchasing services have their own terms and policies.
Data processed by the plugin
When you use the plugin, it reads the current page's Canvas Grid and selection or focused asset. It reads asset IDs, names, dimensions and hierarchy, plus text/font information needed to prepare copies. Figma's clone, smartResize and export APIs operate on the copied design, including its imagery, fills and other design content.
It uses existing asset names to avoid collisions, creates new assets in the same file/page, and keeps result metadata in memory during the running session. The UI receives the source name/dimensions, result metadata, errors and generated PNG bytes.
Design content can itself contain personal or confidential information. It is processed as document content; the plugin does not request account profile details, contacts, passwords or payment credentials.
Local processing and transmission
The production manifest disallows network domains. The production bundle contains no external requests, external scripts, external fonts, analytics, external AI service, external image processor or plugin-operated server. The UI uses system fonts.
Data moves between the Figma plugin sandbox and its UI iframe through local plugin messages. The plugin does not upload design content to a separate service. This does not describe or disable Figma's own platform communications or storage.
Output and persistence
Generated copies remain in the Figma file under Figma's normal file behavior. When you choose to download, the plugin constructs a ZIP in UI memory and offers a local Blob download link. The ZIP contains selected successful PNGs and manifest.csv. The CSV includes source IDs/names, presets, dimensions, generated IDs, filenames, statuses and errors.
The result list is not written to a separate database or clientStorage. It clears when the plugin closes. Downloaded files are retained wherever you save them and may contain the document's content and asset metadata. Delete or manage those files using your device's normal controls. Generated assets can be managed in Figma.
Purchases
The intended paid release uses Figma Community's direct one-time purchase model. The production plugin has no Payments API permission, custom checkout, license server or payment-data collection. Figma and its payment providers administer the purchase process separately from the plugin.
Support
The plugin does not automatically send support diagnostics or design data. If you choose to email the support contact, only send the information you want the owner to receive; avoid confidential designs, payment credentials and unnecessary personal data. Email handling is separate from the plugin runtime. The support Gmail mailbox receives your sender address, message and any attachments you choose to send so the owner can answer your request. Those messages remain in the mailbox until the owner manages or deletes them; no automatic deletion period is promised. Google handles email under its own service policies. The plugin does not automatically send or attach anything.
Information website
The static information website has no contact form, JavaScript, analytics tags, application cookies or third-party fonts/libraries. It does not accept design uploads. If publicly hosted on Cloudflare Pages, Cloudflare handles network requests and may process ordinary request/security data under its own policies. This is separate from the plugin's design processing. Clicking the support email link opens your email app; sending a message is your choice.
Updates
If data processing changes, this policy will be updated alongside the Community data-security disclosure. Contact exportpreflightsupport@gmail.com with privacy questions.
